Hello… and Welcome to the Chronicles of Nadia. This blog is a blend of my worlds: Real Life {RL} and Second Life {SL}. More Second Life actually, but I will sometimes share one of my favorite recipes, or perhaps some tidbit of random thought. One of my RL passions is photography. I fondly remember my first camera given to me by my Dad. Ever since receiving that precious gift from my Dad, I have been in love with and sometimes quite obsessed with the wonderful world of photography.
Much like books, poetry, music or a beautiful painting has a way to capture your imagination, touch your heart, and transport you away to discover new worlds, and get lost in the moment – photography invites the viewer to see and experience something in a new or different way. When I am behind my virtual camera, I am able to materialize and memorialize the picture or feeling that I have in mind.
After being introduced to Second Life over ten years ago, I was fascinated and fell in love with being able to create my world as I envision it. I knew I wanted to create visual memories to help me preserve and forever remember all of the wonderful places I have visited, and all the cute outfits .. ohhh the cute outfits! ((My SL closet is seriously out of control!)) Which brings me to the reason I decided I needed a blog. I realized I wanted a space to share and feature some of my favorite items from the amazing and wildly talented creators in Second Life including fashion, beauty & home decor.
My outlook on life in both worlds is pretty simple – I believe we have each been given this one, beautiful and amazing life in which we get to live and love. We get to love each other, our work, our world, our choices. We get to choose love every second if we want to, it’s the always available option. Live from the Heart. Every day. Every moment. For me there is no other choice ♡
